Hello! I hope you enjoyed our last week's tutorial Brioche Basics: BRK+SL1YO. Today we have it's twin, the brioche purl! AKA, burp. So let's dive in, shall we?
¡Hola! Espero que hayas disfrutado de nuestro tutorial de la semana pasada Brioche Basics: BRK + SL1YO (BRD+DL1-LZ). Hoy les traigo su gemelo, el brioche revés. ¡Manos a la obra!
With your right-hand needle, go into your stitch as if to purl it together with its yarn-over.
Con la aguja de la mano derecha, entra en el punto como si fuera tejerlo en revés, teniendo atención para tomar ambas la hebra del punto y su respectiva lazada.
Wrap the yarn couter-clockwise to work a purl stitch.
Envuelve la hebra en la aguja contrareloj para trabajar un punto revés.
Bring the loop through the stitch as you normally would.
Traiga el lazo por dentro del punto como lo harias normalmente.
Take both the stitch and its yarn-over off the needle. That's it! You just worked a 'burp' (brioche purl) stitch.
Suelta ambos el punto y su lazada de la aguja. ¡Listo! Acabas de tejer un punto brioche revés.
And the sl1yo following a brp stitch is even easier since you already have your yarn in the front of your work.
Y ahora trabajar un dl1-lz es aun más sencillo ya que tienes la hebra por delante de la labor.
With your right-hand needle, go into the stitch purlwise.
Con la aguja de la mano derecha, entra en el punto como si fuera tejerlo en revés.
Bring your working yarn up and over the needle, as if to make a yarn-over.
Lleve la hebra hacia arriba y por encima de la labor.
Slip both the stitch and the yarn-over from your left-hand needle to your right-hand needle.
Desliza ambos el punto y la lazada de la aguja de la mano izquierda para la aguja de la mano derecha.
Bring your yarn to the front of your work again to work your next burp stitch. And that's it! This is the burp+sl1yo combo. Easy right?
Lleve la hebra hacia adelante de la labor otra vez para tejer el proximo brioche revés. ¡Listo! Has tejido un dl1-lz.
