Samambaia Sweater

Hi everyone! I am very happy to share with you all my newest design, the Samambaia Sweater. I have to be honest and say that this is one of my favourites, if not THE favourite!

It calls for a DK weight yarn, but it's very adaptable for Worsted weight if you prefer.

And don't be intimitated by the cables! They are VERY memorable, and once you've done your first repeat, they will practically knit themselves!

The Samambaia Sweater is an easy cable sweater pattern, worked in the round from bottom up. The boxy, cropped fit makes it a great versatile piece to go with any outfit, from dresses to high-waisted pants, in a chilly summer night or a sunny winter day.

Samambaia is the Portuguese name for a very popular species of staghorn fern in South America. Almost every Brazilian family home has one proudly on display in their living-room, balcony or garden, especially the hanging type. This sweater is as cosy and relaxed as been home with your loved ones.

And to celebrate we are having a super discount: use the coupon code SAMAMBAIA1 at checkout on Ravelry and get the pattern for only 1usd!
