4 mm/US 6 circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Circular needles with 80 cm/32 inches cable length recommended to accommodate all stitches comfortably.

blocking tools of your preference, scissors, stitch markers, tapestry needle
GAUGE
18 stitches x 35 rows in 10 cm/4 inches after blocking in garter stitch.
Even though gauge is not crucial to this project, changes in it will affect your yardage requirements and your final measurements.
